THE COMPANY

Machines for a cleaner India,
built in Nashik.

Vakratund Invention India began building machines in 2018, in the industrial belt of Ambad MIDC, Nashik. The premise was simple: India's waste rules were getting serious — Swachh Bharat, the Solid Waste Management Rules 2016, the Bio-Medical Waste Rules, state plastic bans — but the machinery to comply with them was either imported, overpriced or unreliable.

So we manufacture it here. Composters, incinerators, shredders, balers, biogas plants, and the vending machines that put hygiene products and cloth bags into public reach. Today more than 15,000 of our machines run in municipal wards, hospitals, schools, societies and factories across the country.

We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Design, fabrication, testing and dispatch happen under one ISO 9001:2015 certified roof — which is why we can build custom variants, hold spares, and stand behind service for the life of the machine.

HOW WE WORK

Three commitments behind every machine

Compliance before commerce

We tell you which rules apply to your site and which machine satisfies them — including when the answer is a smaller machine than you asked about.

Built to be serviced

Machines live in schools, markets and hospital yards for years. We engineer for maintainability and keep spares, because a machine that stops is worse than no machine.

Honest specifications

Capacity figures, power ratings and outputs are stated as tested. What we quote is what the machine does.
